Sterling Silver Warranty

Our sterling silver pieces are covered under the same two-year warranty ensuring peace of mind for any manufacturing issues. Please note that tarnishing and general wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under warranty.

Sterling silver naturally changes over time, with its finish gently evolving based on your unique skin chemistry, how often you wear it, and how it’s stored. The beauty of silver is that it loves to be worn - your skin’s natural oils can actually help slow tarnishing and keep your jewellery glowing. We recommend giving your silver a gentle polish with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

Gold Warranty

Our gold pieces are covered under the same two-year warranty, providing peace of mind for any manufacturing issues. Please note that general wear and tear, including surface scratches, changes in finish, or marks from everyday wear, are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under warranty.

Gold naturally develops character over time, with its finish evolving based on how often it is worn, your lifestyle, and how it is cared for. Higher carat gold contains a greater percentage of pure gold, making it naturally softer and more malleable. This allows the metal to develop a beautiful patina over time, but may also mean it is more susceptible to surface marks or subtle changes from everyday wear.

We recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions, and storing your jewellery carefully when not being worn to help maintain its beauty. For further guidance on caring for your piece, explore our Care Guide.
