Resizing Policy

Complimentary Resizing

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping costs) where resizing is possible.

To request a resize, please contact us at [email] with your order number and required size. We recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller before requesting a resize.

Resizing Limitations

Due to the handcrafted nature and design of our pieces, not all rings can be resized. Some designs, including rings with intricate details, gemstones, full eternity bands, engraved designs, or specific structural features may have limitations.

For certain designs, resizing may slightly alter the original shape, proportions, or finish of the piece. While we will always aim to preserve the integrity and beauty of your jewellery, some adjustments may result in a small section of the band showing or minor design variation, particularly when increasing or decreasing multiple sizes.

Our team will assess each piece individually and advise whether resizing is suitable before any work begins.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom-made, personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for resizing. Please contact us prior to purchase if you require guidance on sizing.

Additional Resizing

Any further resizing requests, resizing outside the complimentary period, or repairs required due to wear or damage may incur a fee. Costs will be confirmed before work commences.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending their jewellery to us for assessment and resizing. We recommend using insured and trackable postage, as by yc. cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
